The Forest Walk Venue have been hosting weddings from 2009, and now have four different packages for couples to choose from. All of our packages are catering for smaller groups but can go up to 150 guests. All of our packages include a Chapel, Reception Hall, decor, food, drinks and Boma area.
Bronze Package
From R29 800 (Excluding Vat)
Our Bronze Package is a price per head package, that includes your venue hire (Reception Hall & Chapel), welcoming drinks, 3 course buffet meal, champagne on tables and access to all our inhouse decor items, as well as all the relevant staff needed for your wedding (waiters/barmen/security/cleaners & wedding coordinator). Even our Inhouse DJ is included in this package with all the relevant equipment.
Silver Package
Our Silver Package is part of one of our very affordable all-inclusive packages, that caters for small groups up to 35 guests. This package is however not available on a Saturday. If you are more than 35 guests there is a price per guest extra, giving you the flexibility to add more guests should the need be there. This package is priced at a flat rate of R38 500 (excluding Vat), should you be less guests, the wedding will still be possible, but the price will remain the same. This package includes your venue hire (Reception Hall & Chapel), Honeymoon Suite with make Room, Hair and make up for the bride, Pastor for service, Photographer, Inhouse DJ, all inhouse decor options, Bridal bouquet, welcoming drinks, 3 course plated meal, 3 tier cake (2 dummies and 1 edible) & all relevant staff for your wedding. Gold Package
From R55 000 (Excluding Vat)
Our Gold package include everything that our silver package include with some more benefits. This package price is for guests up to 50 guests. As mentioned with the silver package, there is an option to add more guests at an additional price, but the price does not decrease with less than 50 guests.
Additional extra’s in this package also include our Harvest Table as snacks, as well as our Buffet menu – giving more dietary options for your guests, and the cake is also one extra tier edible, which is adjusted according to your guestlist. Platinum Package
From R67 500 (Excluding VAT)
Our most inclusive package that the venue offers. Everything as listed in our Gold package but with even better benefits. The bridal Hair and Make up trial is included where the previous packages don’t include this. More options with your welcoming drinks, your snacks also include our canape range.
There is also a selection of up to 3 suppliers to choose from for your special day (Photographer, pastor and Hair and make up), and lastly there is also another Room included for the Groom to get ready that can be used for someone to sleep over, should the need be there. Our included cake is made with all three tiers edible. This set price caters for up to 60 guests, and includes a food and cake tasting.
